Mosaic Release 1.2.5 - Release Notes
Version 1.2.5 of the Oxford Mosaic platform was released on 16 February 2017.
New features
- New process for requesting and provisioning websites on the mosaic platform
- See a snapshot of your site's usage levels including your site's charging tier
- New contextual form to request changes to your site's configuration in Site Settings
Bug Fixes
- Some links in WYSIWYG areas were broken once content was shared
- Related Content widget links were broken when viewed on shared content pages
- Slow response times were occurring when choosing to create a page from a template and updating existing pages
- Symplectic error messages were occasionally displayed on "people" pages
- Profile editors were unable to edit content within advanced tabs and accordion widgets
- Google analytics platform tracking had anomalies when a site has assigned its own tracker
- Fixed wrapping issues on some listing widgets
- Fixed text wrapping in the metadata widget
- Reinstated the 'Apply' button for applying filters in listings
- Fixed the display of edit/delete buttons in the Manage Files list

Quarterly usage snapshots
You can now see your site's quarterly usage in "Site settings":
Click the "View your current usage and tier level" button to be taken to the Billing information page listing your sites monthly snapshots:
Request Configuration Change Form
Where a change to your site needs to be made by platform administrators you will be provided with a "Request a change" link, for example:
Clicking on the link will open up the Request a change form with the appopriate change selected. You can then select when you would like this change to be made:
